Welcome to AFP Oklahoma!

The AFP Oklahoma Chapter advances and promotes philanthropy by empowering people and organizations to practice ethical and effective professional fundraising.

We do this through:

  • Education & Training                                                                                Join AFP today!
  • Promoting Credentialing
  • Providing Resources
  • Networking
  • Mentoring
  • Advocacy
  • Recognition

We are a very successful and effective mid-size chapter in existence since 1980, serving the Oklahoma City metro area and Oklahoma County. The chapter is known for quality monthly educational luncheons and for providing top-notch conferences, including our annual National Philanthropy Day event. Membership has steadily grown since our Chapter's inception and currently stands at approximately 140 members. For more information, contact Garrett Hondronastas at 528-3663.

We have monthly chapter meetings featuring speakers and topics that are relevant to you as a fundraiser. Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of the month, 11:30am - 1:00pm (meetings are not held in July and the month of our National Philanthropy Day conference).
